Vanga's response to absence of police intervention in 'Animal'
Vanga addressed criticism over the absence of cops in Animal, despite the extreme violence.
He said, "I didn't want the cops involved in this process."
"There is no yardstick for cinematic liberties. It's my world of showing one character going for the father," Vanga said, defending his creative choices.
He wanted to keep the narrative on the protagonist's journey and not shift the focus to outside elements like law enforcement.
