Riding high on the sheer star power of Salman Khan, 'Race 3' is doing unprecedented business at the box office.
After taking the highest opening of 2018 on Friday, the action-thriller registered a huge jump on Saturday and raked in a staggering Rs. 38.14 crore at the box office.
Therefore, the two-day total of the film comes to Rs. 67.31 crore.

The film is racing towards the Rs. 100 crore club
The pace at which the film is going at present, it has every chance to touch the Rs. 100 crore mark in its opening weekend itself.
Therefore, 'Race 3' will be Salman's twelfth consecutive Rs. 100 crore grosser, a feat only he could have achieved.
However, the real test for 'Race 3' will begin on Monday.

If 'Race 3' manages to cross the coveted mark today, it will be Salman's fourth film to do so within the first 3 days of its release after 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', 'Sultan' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai'.
Context
'Race 3' has been directed by Remo D'Souza
The first two installments were helmed by the director duo of Abbas-Mustan and had Saif Ali Khan in the lead.
However, the producers decided to revamp the franchise, thus, they roped in Salman for the third part.
Besides him, 'Race 3' also features Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem.
