Salman's show on Mumbai Police to go on-air in May
After his successful stint as a host on the small screen, Salman Khan is all set for an inning as a TV producer. The superstar is backing a show on Mumbai Police which will have Mukul Dev and Pooja Gor in lead roles. The yet-to-be-titled show will bring to the fore different facets of a cop's life.
Salman has roped in Mahesh Limaye as the director
As per a media report, the show is being helmed by National Award-winning director of the 2014 Marathi film 'Yellow', Mahesh Limaye. Limaye has worked with Salman on the 'Dabangg' series as a cinematographer. "Writer Sridhar Raghavan, who has written films like Rohan Sippy's light-hearted 'Bluffmaster' and Rajkumar Santoshi's multistarrer 'Khakee', among others, has written the script," the report added.
Meanwhile, Salman will be back as a host soon
Meanwhile, continuing his stint as a host after the conclusion of 'Bigg Boss' Season 11, Salman will return with the third season of his other reality show 'Dus Ka Dum.' The 'Sultan' actor has already shot for the promos of the game show which is making a comeback after eight years. It is expected to go on-air in June.
