Salman-Atlee's reincarnation drama to be made on ₹500cr budget: Report

Director Atlee, who recently collaborated with Shah Rukh Khan for the blockbuster Jawan, is set for another big-budget project, tentatively titled A6.
This time, he will be directing superstar Salman Khan.
The film is currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to go on floors by summer 2026.

'A6' to be made on a massive budget
Per Bollywood Hungama, A6, a period drama with elements of reincarnation, will be made on a massive ₹500cr budget.
A source told the portal, "Salman is also excited to explore something fresh with Atlee and is all charged up to lose the weight too as A6 requires him to have a certain kind of physique."
"Atlee is planning to make a never-seen-before world with the film."
Casting speculation
'A6' could feature Rajinikanth alongside Salman
There are also widespread rumors that Atlee is looking to cast superstar Rajinikanth in A6.
If this casting decision comes to fruition, it will be a major milestone in Indian cinema by bringing together two of its most popular actors - Khan and Rajinikanth.
Meanwhile, Khan is currently busy with Sikandar, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, while Rajinikanth will next be seen in Coolie.
