
'Sons of Anarchy' actor Ryan Hurst joins Nolan's 'The Odyssey'

Hollywood actor Ryan Hurst, known for his roles in Sons of Anarchy and The Walking Dead, has been roped in Christopher Nolan's next, The Odyssey.
The film, an adaptation of Homer's epic poem, is being filmed currently under the Universal banner.
The star-studded cast already features Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong'o, and Anne Hathaway, among others.

Universal has described The Odyssey as a "mythic action epic shot across the world using brand new Imax film technology."
This will mark the first time Homer's foundational saga hits Imax film screens.
The Odyssey is scheduled to hit theaters worldwide on July 17, 2026.
The story revolves around Greek hero King Odysseus, played by Damon, and his 10-year-long arduous journey home to Ithaca after the Trojan War.
