'Singham Again' lands historic ₹130cr deal with Prime Video
Rohit Shetty's upcoming film Singham Again has secured a historic deal with Amazon Prime Video, reportedly valued at ₹130cr. This agreement marks the largest OTT deal to date for both Shetty and lead actor Ajay Devgn. A source told Bollywood Hungama, "Rohit Shetty and Amazon Prime have a great working equation... The equation padded with the brand value of Singham and Cop Universe has got Singham Again ₹130 crore from Amazon Prime."
'Singham Again' non-theatrical sales projected to reach ₹200cr
The overall non-theatrical sales of Singham Again are projected to reach between ₹180-200cr. This figure includes an additional ₹50-70cr from satellite and music rights. "It's a big film and hence, a big deal. The overall non-theatrical sale is around the ₹180-200 crore mark, with satellite and music getting another ₹50 to 70 crore," the source added.
'Singham Again' budget and cast details revealed
The production budget for Singham Again is estimated to be around ₹350-375cr, excluding print and advertisement costs. This positions it as one of the most ambitious action films in the cop genre. The film features a star-studded cast with Devgn reprising his iconic role as Bajirao Singham, alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, and Ranveer Singh. It will be released on Diwali, clashing with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
