Confirmed! Rishi Kapoor to be back in India by March-end
Last year, Rishi Kapoor left everyone concerned after he flew down to New York for medical treatment of an undisclosed disease. He was accompanied by his wife Neetu. Although the veteran actor has been sharing glimpses of his stay in NY, he was being missed terribly. But the wait is going to end soon as Rishi will be returning to India by March-end.
Rishi told me that he is better now: Neighbor
According to media reports, the actor has been recovering well and is feeling much better now. Further, reports of Rishi's return have been rife for a while. However, the news was confirmed by the actor's neighbor Madhu Poplai from Pali Hill area. "He told me that he is better now and hopes to see me in March end," Madhu reportedly told Spotboye.

Backing Madhu's claims, Neetu too dropped hints about Rishi's much-awaited return. She shared a beautiful picture of herself with Rishi, his sister Rima Jain and other relatives. The picture was clicked to bid adieu to Rima, who is, reportedly, returning to India. Captioning it, Neetu wrote, "One of the Quintet leaves !! Will miss you @rimosky will soon be on the same flight back".

'My treatment needs immense patience. Not one of my virtues'
Earlier, Rishi had opened up on his treatment in NY and stated that he is recuperating. He also asserted that his medical treatment is a long procedure, which needs immense patience. "My treatment is on, hopefully, I will recover soon. The procedure is long and tedious and one needs immense patience which unfortunately is not one of my virtues," Rishi reportedly told Bollywood Hungama.
Earlier, Neetu's cryptic message had sparked cancer rumors
Meanwhile, Neetu had shared a cryptic post on Instagram on the New Year's eve, which got everyone worried. The post had a picture from her family's New Year celebrations in New York, and was captioned as "cancer is only a zodiac sign." Her words sent media into a tizzy and it was speculated that she was referring to Rishi's cancer battle in her post.

I am not thinking about films anymore: Rishi
Owing to his medical condition, Rishi has taken a break from acting. In fact, the veteran actor, who was last seen in 2018 release Mulk, is not thinking about movies as of now. "Thankfully, I am not thinking about films anymore, just want to be blank and refresh myself with a more relaxed mind. This break shall be therapeutic for me," Rishi had stated.
