The two hit off immediately on the sets and felt the spark which soon blossomed into love. Ranbir hasn't shied away from admitting of being in a relationship in several interviews and even stated, "It needs time to breathe and it needs space".

As the reports of Ranbir-Alia's wedding went rife, father Rishi Kapoor has stated that RK is entitled to choose his partner. Rishi also revealed that not just Ranbir but he and Neetu also like Alia. "Neetu likes her, I like her, Ranbir likes her," Rishi was quoted as saying. Looks like the couple got a green signal for a go-ahead in their relationship.

Apart from Ranbir and Alia, 'Brahmastra' also stars megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in key roles.
