In a cryptic tweet on Saturday, Rishi Kapoor wrote he was traveling to the US for treatment as the 45+ years in the industry were tiring. He requested people to not speculate about this leave of absence. After his announcement, many Bollywood celebrities wished him best. The 66-year-old actor has been working for long, and it is only understandable that his health must be affected.

The family has decided to sell the iconic studio as reviving it wasn't a feasible option. A major fire last year gutted many valuables in the studio including Raj Kapoor's 'Mera Naam Joker' costume and the piano which was used in many movies.
