Choreographer-turned-director Remo D'Souza might be making headlines for his upcoming directorial, Street Dancer 3D, but it's his wife Lizelle who is setting new trends in the town. Recently she shared her weight loss transformation pictures, and her inspirational journey on Instagram. In the recent pictures, Lizelle looks almost unrecognizable, after losing oodles of weight in just a year.
Lizelle thanked her fitness coach and family for their support
In a post, she thanked her fitness coach Praveen Nair, Remo and sons Adonis and Gabriel, for supporting her through her transformation journey, which apparently started last October. "August 2019 thank you guys for all your positive and encouraging words for my journey," she wrote.

Now, if you are wondering how Lizelle managed to shed those extra kilos, then the answer is rigorous fitness training, and strong determination. Highlighting her transformation step by step on social media, she also shared pictures and videos from her workout session. "Just do it. No off days," she wrote. In another post, Lizelle shared a picture featuring herself alongside Remo, thanking him.

In the caption, she emphasized, "Sometimes all it takes is an idea, a person or quote to change your thinking. You can treat yourself through the good and the bad times. In my experience, it's more important to treat yourself well during the dark times."
