The much-anticipated Tamil film, Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2, starring Vikram, has run into a legal roadblock.
According to reports, the Delhi High Court passed an interim order on Thursday to stall the film's release amid a legal dispute.
The order was passed following an appeal from a Mumbai-based production company, B4U. The company alleged that the film's producers violated their contract of selling the film's OTT rights before its theatrical release.
Show cancelations
Morning shows canceled, new screening time set
Due to the legal feud, all early morning shows of Veera Dheera Sooran have been called off. Multiplex chains PVR and Cinepolis will not show the film before 11:00am.
The Delhi HC bench stayed the film's release till 10:30am on Thursday. This delay prompted the cancellation of morning shows. As per ToI, even North American premiere shows were canned.

Producer Riya Shibu is working to resolve legal issues
Meanwhile, producer Riya Shibu is in Delhi, sorting out Veera Dheera Sooran's legal troubles. The matter should be resolved in a few hours, according to reports.
Despite the setback, fans are hoping for a swift resolution and an eventual release of the film.
This setback came at a time when the film was already facing worries over a weak pre-release buzz.
