Actress Reema Lagoo passes away after suffering a cardiac arrest
On Wednesday night, veteran actor Reema Lagoo passed away at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Andheri. According to reports, the 59-year-old complained of chest pain; she passed away after suffering from a cardiac arrest. Reema Lagoo was known for her work in Hindi and Marathi films, as well as television shows like 'Tu Tu Main Main', 'Shriman Shrimati' etc.

Reema Lagoo was born Gurinder Bhadbhade, and was daughter of the Marathi stage actress Mandakini Bhadbhade. Her capabilities as an actor were noticed right from her schooling days in Pune; she started stage-acting right after completing school. She got married to Marathi actor Vivek Lagoo, together they had a daughter, but they later separated.
