Raveena Tandon to become grandmother for the second time
Raveena Tandon is all set to become a grandmother soon, as one of her adopted daughters, Chhaya, is expecting her first child. And being a doting mother that she is, the actress threw a baby shower for her on Saturday. Several pictures from the event surfaced online, wherein the proud nani-to-be was seen posing happily with her preggers daughter, and close friends.

In the pictures, Raveena was all smiles as she flaunted her nani-to-be badge. Notably, the pictures were shared by nutritionist Pooja Makhija, who lauded Raveena for celebrating the baby shower of her "adopted baby with such perfection and care." Pooja also revealed that the baby shower was hosted by Raveena's 14-year-old daughter Rasha. "You were the such a great host, compere," she wrote.

Raveena already has a grandson from her elder daughter
This is the second time that Raveena will become a grandmother. The actress, who had adopted two girls, Pooja (11) and Chhaya (8) at the age of 21, already has a grandson. Speaking about the new addition to the family, she told Mumbai Mirror, "I'm ecstatic. This is the second time I'm becoming a nani. My elder daughter already has a baby boy."
Only praying for a healthy baby, says the actress
Raveena also spilled beans about her preparations to welcome the new member, revealing that they already have prepared the nursery for the toddler. She also stated that the countdown for the baby's arrival has begun. "Women usually know the gender from the shape and the way the mamma-to-be walks, but I am only praying for a healthy baby," the Mohra actress emphasized.
For now, Raveena is seen judging 'Nach Baliye 9'
On the work front, Raveena is currently seen judging Nach Baliye 9, which is being produced by Salman Khan. "It's a coincidence that I worked with Salman in my debut film Patthar Ke Phool, and now I am judging Nach Baliye which is being produced by his production house. I am thankful to the audience that they have appreciated our show," said Raveena.
