'BB': Ranvir Shorey says 'channel was kind' toward winner Sana
Actor Ranvir Shorey, who finished as the second runner-up in Bigg Boss OTT 3, has publicly questioned the legitimacy of Sana Makbul's win. In post-show interviews, Shorey suggested that Makbul's victory was more a result of the channel's favoritism than her performance. He told Times of India that despite breaking rules, Makbul was given immunity instead of being penalized. "I don't find her deserving from any point of view," he said.
Shorey accuses Makbul of receiving special treatment
Shorey said, "When I said that she is an undeserving contestant, I meant that if she wins the show, it will be because of the kindness of the channel towards her." "Even after breaking the rules, she was still made the 'baharwala' and given immunity, even though logic says she should be punished for her mistake." "Bigg Boss ki daya drishti was on her, and that's why she became the winner," Shorey stated.
Shorey's participation in 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' and Makbul's response
Despite his criticisms, Shorey confessed that he had expected his own eviction and participated in the show more for the experience than to win. He disclosed that he had been invited to join Bigg Boss for the past decade but only accepted this year due to an open schedule. In response to Shorey's comments, Makbul stated that every defeated player would claim she didn't deserve her victory.
