Ranveer, Deepika twin in black as they leave for honeymoon
The IT couple of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have owned this year. From their blockbuster Padmaavat to their grand wedding in Italy, 2018 was all about DeepVeer. Now, Ranveer and Deepika chose to end the year with a bang as they headed out for their honeymoon. While twinning in black, the couple walked hand-in-hand at the airport.
Ranveer-Deepika's wedding was a dreamy affair
To recall, Ranveer and Deepika got married in a dreamy ceremony at Lake Como on November 14. The couple got married twice (as per Sindhi and Konkani rituals) in the picturesque locales. The wedding was a private affair and the pictures left us amazed. On returning to India, the couple hosted grand wedding receptions for their friends in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
'Simmba' promotions delayed Ranveer-Deepika's honeymoon
Notably, after an extravagant wedding celebration, they were back to work in no time. The couple even postponed their honeymoon owing to Ranveer's work commitments. Ranveer was gearing up for the release of Simmba back then and clearly, it was a priority for the couple. Notably, director Rohit Shetty also revealed that it was Ranveer who insisted to be a part of Simmba promotions.
Ranveer's grand plans for Deepika's birthday
After working hard for so long, the couple has finally zoomed off for their honeymoon. Deepika's birthday makes the celebration more special. The actress will be celebrating her first birthday as a wife on January 6. "It's going to be a much-needed break. It's all of these things combined and also the celebration of Simmba success," Deepika said when asked about her honeymoon.
Ranveer on his way to be the best husband
Undoubtedly, Ranveer has been excited about this new phase and he tries hard to make his wife Deepika feel like a queen. In fact, he has often claimed that Deepika's happiness is his happiness. Recently he said all he wants now is to be the best husband and we are placing our bets on him. After all, he is just remarkable. Isn't he?
