Injured Ranveer Singh may not perform at IPL opening ceremony
Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh has injured himself while playing a football match. The 'Padmaavat' actor is said to have sustained an injury in his shoulder. While Ranveer has resumed the shooting of his upcoming film 'Gully Boy', reports have it that he might not be able to perform at the opening ceremony of the 11th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL).
Here's what Ranveer's spokesperson said
"Ranveer Singh has injured his shoulder during a football match and has been advised not to over-strain it for at least one month. He is in consultation with doctors who will advise him if he can perform at the ceremony or not," his spokesperson said.

All the franchises are ready with the newly acquired players in their arsenal. The opening match will see Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Indians taking on Mahendra Singh Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings.
