Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to get married tomorrow. The couple had flown to Italy on Saturday for their dreamy destination wedding at Lake Como. Reportedly, the groom and bride's family members have gathered at the wedding venue, and their pre-wedding ceremonies have already begun in Italy. It is all about 'tears of happiness', says Nitasha
Ranveer and Deepika, who have been dating each other for six years, are painting Lake Como red with their love at the moment. Interestingly, the couple has urged the guests to not click pictures of the ceremonies to ensure privacy. However, Ranveer's stylist Nitasha gushed about the ceremony and said, "Couldn't stop my tears, but these were tears of happiness".
Ranveer-Deepika to get married as per Kannadiga rituals tomorrow
According to media reports, their mehndi and sangeet ceremonies are scheduled today. After that, they will have two wedding ceremonies as per North and South Indian ceremonies there. Reportedly, the couple will get married as per Kannadiga rituals tomorrow, given Deepika's Bengaluru roots. That will be followed by the Anand Karaj on November 15 as Ranveer is a Sindhi Punjabi.
But, the wedding will be a family affair
Further, reports suggest that Ranveer-Deepika's wedding ceremonies in Italy are going to be a family affair. The lovebirds will be tying the knot in the presence of their immediate family and close friends at Villa del Balbianello with barely any Bollywood celebrity marking their presence.
Mumbai reception to be a starry affair
After their private wedding in Italy, Ranveer-Deepika will host a grand reception for their friends from the film fraternity. The reception will be hosted on November 28 at Mumbai's Grand Hyatt hotel. Given Ranveer-Deepika's popularity in B-town, their wedding reception is expected to be a starry affair. They may also host another reception event in Bengaluru.
