Fan touches Ranbir's feet and gifts him chocolates
Ranbir, who is currently in Varanasi to shoot for Brahmastra along with Alia Bhatt, met a fan. The fan touched Ranbir's feet when he met him and offered him chocolates and other things. As Ranbir unwrapped the gifts and spoke to the fan, the latter sat on the floor. Ranbir didn't find this odd and he sat comfortably on the sofa instead.
Fans called Ranbir's actions rude
After the video of the fan-meet surfaced on social media, Ranbir was called "rude" by many. "At least he should have asked him to sit with me," wrote a fan. While another fan said, "No manners.. looks like Ranbir did not learn anything in school." However, some of his fans called him humble and praised him for giving attention to the fan.

Meanwhile, Ranbir, Alia will stay in Varanasi for 20 days
According to reports, Brahmastra will keep Ranbir and Alia in the holy city of Varanasi for some 20 odd days. The Ayan Mukherji directorial also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles. The movie is scheduled to hit screens in Summer 2020. Apart from this, Ranbir will also be seen in Shamshera, while Alia has Takht in her kitty.

Recently, Ranbir and Alia were spotted at Kashi Vishwanath Temple in their holy avatar, with Ranbir sporting a white shirt and a 'rudraksha' mala with Chandan tilak. Meanwhile his bae, Alia was seen wearing a yellow suit. The two of them also greeted their fans.
