Actor Ram Kapoor looks unrecognizable post weight-loss routine
Remember Ram Kapoor, who won our hearts in Ekta Kapoor's Kasamh Se and Bade Acche Lagte Hai? The 45-year-old actor broke the Internet recently after he shared his weight loss transformation pictures on Instagram. In the snaps, Ram looks completely unrecognizable; he achieved that after he underwent incredible training. The actor, who was once overweight, now looks fit after shedding his extra kilos.
Ram's black-white peppered hair, French beard up his oomph factor
Ram recently shared a series of his recent pictures on Instagram showcasing the change. The first picture, a mirror selfie, shows the once chubby actor in a lean and fit avatar. The next picture is a close-up shot. His perfect jawline, black and white peppered hair, along with the French beard were totally unmissable. He captioned it as, "Wassssup peeps!! Long time no see."

Ram's weight loss journey had started two years ago
Interestingly, this isn't the first time Ram surprised his fans with his weight loss journey. Earlier, in 2017, the actor, married to Gautami Kapoor, had shared pictures from his workout session. The pictures had gone viral then and he received mixed reviews from his fans.

"I just want to get healthier for my children"
Ram also revealed the reason behind his weight loss journey saying that "I just want to get healthier for my children." "I obviously am not doing this to look younger. I don't need to change the way I look. But there comes a time in your life when you want to do things for your children. I am doing just that," he had said.
Being overweight was a blessing in disguise for me: Ram
Ram however wasn't always a fan of fit body. In fact, he felt that being overweight proved to be "a blessing in disguise" for him and so he never complained. "When I was fit, I didn't get work. Now I'm a sought-after actor. People are writing roles for me. I'm getting to do all that I ever wanted to do," Ram had told DNA.
