
Ram Charan-Janhvi Kapoor's 'RC 16' pushed to next year: Report
What's the story
The much-anticipated film, RC16, starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, has been delayed.
This is because Netflix bought the film's digital rights even before it went on floors, reported Telugu Chitraalu.
Although the film was slated to premiere this year, it will now be rescheduled for a 2026 release.
An official confirmation is awaited.

'RC 16': A sports drama with a star-studded cast
RC 16 (also known as Peddi) is a village-set sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana.
The film has an impressive star cast including Shiva Rajkumar and Divyenndu. Charan is expected to present a new avatar for this role.
The soundtrack is composed by the legendary AR Rahman.
This film will mark Kapoor's second Telugu venture after her debut in Devara: Part 1.

Charan's recent work and upcoming projects
Charan was last seen in the political drama Game Changer, where he played an IAS officer working to eliminate corruption from elections.
The film had a large ensemble cast including Kiara Advani, Anjali, S. J. Suryah, Srikanth, Sunil, and Jayaram, among others.
After wrapping up RC16, Charan will join hands with Pushpa 2 director Sukumar for his next, tentatively titled RC17.
