Whopping Rs. 150 crore deal on cards for 'Race 3'
Salman Khan's 'Race 3' is on the verge of cracking a record-breaking satellite rights deal. The action-thriller which is being jointly produced by Ramesh Taurani's Tips Films and Salman Khan Films may fetch a whopping amount of Rs. 150 crore in exchange for its airing rights. These numbers are unheard of in Bollywood when it comes to Television premiers.
'Tiger Zinda Hai' rights were sold for Rs. 70 crore
Salman's last release 'Tiger Zinda Hai' had earned around Rs. 70 crore for its satellite rights, which is currently the highest for a Bollywood film. The film was recently premiered on TV. Media reports have it that 'Race 3' makers have rejected an offer of Rs. 75 crore from a leading entertainment channel.

"With Salman joining the cast of 'Race 3', Ramesh Taurani and he are looking at doubling the figures of 'Tiger Zinda Hai'. After a few talks, the duo has decided that they will offer the airing rights at Rs. 150 crore," the report said.
'Race 3' is expected to shatter box office records
The third installment of the successful 'Race' franchise is slated to release on June 15. Apart from Salman, 'Race 3' also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem. The character posters of the entire cast of the film were recently shared on Twitter one by one. 'Race 3' is being helmed by Remo D'Souza.
