According to a report published in TMZ, Priyanka-Nick's new villa is a five-bedroom pad adjacent to the Beverly Hills. The report further states, "The pad's an architectural masterpiece featuring expansive canyon views, a floating guest wing and an extended wood terrace that wraps around the swimming pool". It is reported that Nick wanted the extra space in order to entertain his family and friends.
