What's the story

Priyanka Chopra starrer 'Quantico' has been canceled by ABC.

The political thriller series, currently in its third season, will not be back for a fourth season.

However, the current season will continue to air through mid-July.

At present, PeeCee's show is averaging 2.3 million viewers with a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

Details

The reason behind 'Quantico' getting cancelled

As per a report by The Hollywood Reporter, ABC decided to pull the plug on 'Quantico' as it was a difficult show to produce logistically.

The production of the series took place in Toronto while the writers sit in Los Angeles and creator David Guggenheim is based out of New York.

Notably, 'Quantico' was a profitable outing for the network.
