Priyanka Chopra's exit from Salman Khan-starrer 'Bharat' created a major buzz in tinseltown lately. It was reported that she left the movie because of her wedding with beau Nick Jonas. In fact, Salman was even seen taking a dig at PeeCee for her last minute walk out. But as per a recent report, Priyanka walked out of 'Bharat' because of its lead actor Salman.
Priyanka miffed with makers over cast
Reportedly, Priyanka was upset with the makers after two more actresses were roped in for 'Bharat'. "She also got to know about Salman's habit of arriving late on the sets and starting his work way past lunchtime, while his leading ladies' scenes with Salman are shot in his absence," a source was quoted saying. As a result, she decided to walk out of 'Bharat'.
Also, Priyanka to turn producer post-wedding
The source further stated that it was difficult for Priyanka to work in an unprofessional atmosphere. "At this stage of her career working on roles that challenge her is more important than being seen with Bollywood's A-list superstars. Priyanka is all set to marry Nick Jonas. They will produce films together. She can co-star with anyone she wants," the source added.
But, rumors stated that Priyanka left 'Bharat' for her wedding
It was reported that Priyanka, who was earlier keen to be a part of 'Bharat', chose to walk out of the movie after her engagement was finalized with Hollywood singer Nick Jonas. In fact, director Ali Abbas Zafar also informed about Priyanka's exit by hinting about the upcoming engagement. He tweeted, "Priyanka is no more part of 'Bharat' and the reason is very special".

Meanwhile, Salman expressed his displeasure on Priyanka's exit
But, Salman appeared miffed with Priyanka's walking out. He went on to prove that Priyanka was, in fact, eager to be a part of 'Bharat'. He stated that PeeCee called his sister a thousand times, saying, 'I want to work with Salman'. But with new reports surfacing over Priyanka's reason to leave 'Bharat', we wonder what Salman has to say now in his defense.
