After 'Gully Boy', 'Oru Adaar Love' leaked online by Tamilrockers
Piracy giant Tamilrockers is turning out to be a menace for filmmakers these days. The infamous piracy website leaked several new releases within hours of their theatrical release. While it targeted Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy this morning, Malayalam movie Oru Adaar Love also fell prey to piracy recently. According to media reports, Tamilrockers leaked Priya Prakash Varrier's debut movie online in HD quality.
Priya became overnight sensation even before her film released
Oru Adaar Love, which was released on February 14, created the right amount of noise among audience, courtesy Priya's wink video. It started after the release of the song Manikya Malaraya Poovi last year following which Priya became an overnight sensation. In fact, her video, featuring eyebrow dance and an impressive wink got the youth crazy, making the movie an anticipated release of 2019.
'Oru Adaar Love' leaked in two languages
Oru Adaar Love was released in four languages including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Reportedly, the movie was leaked online in its Malayalam and Telugu versions, just a day after its release, by Tamilrockers and was available for free download. Although the piracy giant has been blocked innumerable times, it continues to operate under different domain names and is accessible using specific proxy servers.
Tamilrockers targeted every new release of 2019
Notably, Oru Adaar Love isn't the first movie that was leaked by Tamilrockers this year. In fact, the piracy website had targeted almost every release of 2019, irrespective of their language, including Uri: The Surgical Strike, Aquaman, Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, Petta, Viswasam etc.
