Prabhas-Hanu Raghavapudi's new film launched in Hyderabad
Prabhas's new film, tentatively titled Fauji, was officially launched in Hyderabad on Saturday morning. The event was attended by the actor, along with director Hanu Raghavapudi and producers from Mythri Movie Makers. The launch comes on the heels of Prabhas's recent success with Kalki 2898 AD. Now, social media is teeming with photos and videos from the event.
'Fauji' to feature Indian military as backdrop
Fauji is expected to be a patriotic film set against the backdrop of the Indian military. Reports suggest that Prabhas was drawn to the project due to its unique love story and the complexity of his character. The film's regular shooting is slated to begin in late August. Fauji is reportedly set in the pre-independence era, with Prabhas playing a soldier in the British Army.
Prabhas's upcoming projects include 'The Raja Saab,' 'Spirit'
In addition to Fauji, Prabhas has several other projects lined up. He is set to resume shooting for Maruthi's horror drama The Raja Saab, which is scheduled for release in April 2025. The film is being produced by People Media Factory and features music by Thaman. Prabhas is also expected to join the sets of Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit early next year. Other than that, he has Kalki 2898 AD and Salaar's sequels in the pipeline.
