Piyush Sahdev Rape case: Medical reports prove him guilty
Popular television actor, Piyush Sahdev, who came to fore with his stint in the television show 'Beyhadh' was accused of rape a few days back. Now, the medical reports have confirmed his crime. The actor is currently in judicial custody after his bail plea was rejected by the court. He was accused of rape by a fellow actress. Here are the details.
Here's what the victim had alleged
Piyush met the girl through friends and promised to boost her career, police said. The actor moved in with her and even proposed marriage to her, after living with her for two months. Things took an ugly turn when the girl saw compromising pictures of Piyush with another girl, she then confronted him and they had a huge fight. Afterwards, she filed a complaint.
Was it rape or consensual sex?
A source close to Piyush said, that he went on a holiday with the girl, where the two got sexually involved. However, after coming back he chose to end the relationship. So is Piyush really guilty of raping her or has consensual sex being reported as rape because the relationship got over? The questions remain unanswered.
