TV actor Piyush Sahdev, who rose to fame with 'Beyhadh', 'Devon Ke Dev Mahadev' has been accused of raping a woman in the pretext of marriage.
The actor has now been arrested and presented before a court where he was sentenced to police custody till November 27.

Here's how things transpired
Piyush met the girl through friends and promised to boost her career, police said. The actor moved in with the girl and even proposed marriage to her after living with her for two-months.
Things took an ugly turn when the girl saw compromising pictures of Piyush with another girl, she then confronted him and they had a huge fight.
Afterwards, she filed a complaint.
