Anushka Sharma's 'Pari' takes a steady opening
What's the story
Anushka Sharma's 'Pari' has opened on the similar lines of her last two production ventures 'NH 10' and 'Phillauri.' The horror film has collected Rs. 4.36 crore on its first day.
Now, these may not be great numbers but are good enough considering that several theatres were shut till noon yesterday on account of Holi.
Also, the film had released with zero promotions.

The film is expected to grow over the weekend
Although the reviews have been mixed, 'Pari' is expected to take advantage of the celebratory mood and soar high in the weekend.
Anushka's last outing, 'Jab Harry Met Sejal', was a box office disaster.
'Pari' marks the directorial debut of Prosit Roy and also stars Parambrata Chatterjee, Rajat Kapoor and Ritabhari Chakraborty.
