Watch: This teaser from JP Dutta's war-movie 'Paltan' is exceptional
What's the story
JP Dutta's direction, Rahman's music, tiranga in background and handsome hunks in uniform - pretty dreams are made of stuff like this.
After a hiatus of 12 years, Dutta is returning to big screen with yet another war movie 'Paltan'.
For the uninitiated, he has a panache for war movies. He made 'Border' in 1997 and 'LOC Kargil' in 2003. 'Paltan' is being touted as the last movie of this 'biggest war trilogy'.

Context
What we know about the movie
Notably, the movie is based on the Nathu La military clashes of 1967 which took place along the Sikkim border.
The multi-starrer movie has Arjun Rampal, Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Choudhary, Harshvardhan Rane and Sonakshi Sinha's brother Luv.
Its tagline "Brother to my right. Brother to my left. Together we stand. Together we fight" is spot-on.
It is slated to be released on September 7.
Do you know?
A bit about Nathu La clashes
The Nathu La clashes were a series of military clashes between India and China alongside the border of Sikkim. They started on 11 September 1967, when China's People's Liberation Army launched an attack on Indian posts at Nathu La, and lasted for 4 days.
