'Salem's Lot' to premiere on Max
Starting off your week is Salem's Lot, a supernatural horror flick helmed by Gary Dauberman. Based on Stephen King's 1975 novel, this one stars Lewis Pullman, Makenzie Leigh, Bill Camp, Pilou Asbaek, Alfre Woodard, and William Sadler. The story follows a writer who goes back to his hometown only to discover it's crawling with vampires. This is the first full-length movie adaptation after two miniseries versions in 1979 and 2004. You can catch it on Max on Thursday (October 3).
'CTRL' and 'The Signature' set for release
This Friday, Netflix is dropping CTRL, a film about an influencer couple's relationship getting derailed by infidelity. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and Avinash Sampath, it stars Panday, Vihaan Samat, and Devika Vatsa. On the same day, ZEE5 is releasing The Signature. This Hindi version of the National Award-winning 2013 Marathi film Anumati features Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhry, Neena Kulkarni, Annu Kapoor, and Ranvir Shorey in key roles.
'The Tribe' and 'Amar Prem Ki Prem Kahani' to stream
Prime is all set to drop The Tribe on Friday. It's a show diving into the lives of Indian influencers dreaming of making it big in Los Angeles. The cast includes Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Srushti Porey, Alfia Jafry, Aryaana Gandhi, and Hardik Zaveri. On the same day, JioCinema will unveil Amar Prem Ki Prem Kahani, helmed by Hardik Gajjar. This is a love story between two boys and stars Aditya Seal, Sunny Singh, Pranutan Bahl, and Sammy Jonas Heaney.
'It's What's Inside' to conclude the week
This week will wrap up with the premiere of Netflix's It's What's Inside. Streaming from Friday, the film is about a pre-wedding reunion that takes a psychological turn when an unexpected guest arrives with a mysterious suitcase.
