Ruben Fleischer to direct 'Now You See Me 3'
Ruben Fleischer, known for his work on Venom and Zombieland, will be directing the third installment of Now You See Me. He follows Jon M. Chu and Louis Leterrier, who directed the previous films in this franchise. Lionsgate confirmed last year that filming for this highly successful series is set to commence soon. This announcement marks the first new release since 2016 when Now You See Me 2 grossed $335M at the box office.
Eisenberg shared insights on 'Now You See Me 3'
Earlier this year, Eisenberg shared his thoughts on the upcoming sequel. He confirmed having read the script and expressed optimism about the film's production starting within six months. Praising the script, Eisenberg highlighted its focus on intelligence and non-violent yet thrilling narrative. He emphasized the uniqueness of such a franchise, stating, "It's actually quite uncommon to have a movie that's this franchise, this Hollywood-style movie that's really just about teamwork and intelligence rather than just violence."
