Saif Ali Khan will watch 'Padmavat' before 'Padman'
Actor Saif Ali Khan, who is gearing up for his big release 'Kaalkaandi', recently spoke at length about the controversy laden movie 'Padmavat'. During an interactive session with the media, Saif was quizzed about which film would he watch first - 'Padmavat' or 'PadMan'. He promptly answered, "I think I'm quite keen to see Padmavati first." While, his brother-in-law had a different take
Actor Kunal Khemu, who accompanied Saif for the screening of 'Kaalakandi', had a different take from his brother-in-law. On being asked the same question, he said,"Both actually... I think they're both lovely films, one is great scale and one is a great social film... I would want to watch both of them."
Recently, Padmavat got a release date but with a clause
Although Sanjay Leela Bhansali and team Padmavat heaved a sigh of relief when the film finally got a confirmed release date of January 25, it looks like there's still some trouble awaiting them. Now, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has pitched in and stated that the Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor starrer film will not be released in Rajasthan.
