Sean Combs accused of hosting drug-fueled 'freak-off' sex performances
Newly unsealed federal indictment documents reveal disturbing details about the legal case against rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs. Obtained by E! News, the documents detail charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. These revelations come hours after Combs was arrested in Manhattan, New York, following a grand jury indictment. The Grammy-winning rapper was apprehended Monday evening at the Park Hyatt Hotel.
Combs accused of coercing victims into 'freak offs'
The indictment alleges that Combs coerced female victims into participating in sexual performances, termed as "freak offs." These performances, according to the documents, occurred regularly and could last for hours or even days. The rapper is accused of "arranging, directing, masturbating during, and often electronically recording" the performances, per the documents. The indictment alleges that during these "freak offs," Combs distributed controlled substances to victims, partly to keep them obedient and compliant.
Combs allegedly used drugs, violence to control victims
Post these events, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids for recovery from physical exertion and drug use. The rapper is also accused of inflicting physical violence like "hitting, kicking, throwing objects and dragging victims" during and after these encounters, causing injuries that took days or weeks to heal. Note that Combs's arrest is connected to the raids that occurred in March at his residences in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a sex trafficking investigation.
'Combs Enterprise' allegedly facilitated 'freak offs'
According to the indictment, the organization of these "freak offs" involved multiple people, including members and associates of what is referred to as "the Combs Enterprise." This group allegedly included high-ranking supervisors, security staff, household staff, personal assistants, and other employees. Their responsibilities ranged from arranging travel and booking hotel rooms to ensuring Combs had cash to pay the sex workers and scheduling IV fluids.
Combs accused of exploiting career opportunities, financial support
The indictment documents further accuse Combs of using various methods to pressure victims into compliance. These include "force, threats of force, and coercion" to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers. The rapper is also alleged to have used "promises of career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support," as well as controlling their housing and supplying them with controlled substances.
