Reports suggest script is in, being tweaked by director
According to current reports, the upcoming Batman movie should start filming in November. The script for the film is already in, and the director Matt Reeves is tweaking it and adding some changes, as he works on it. Since the studio wants to start shooting in November, that will probably be the schedule. Notably, earlier rumors suggested the film could start shooting this summer.

Detailing the shooting schedule, Borys Kit of The Hollywood Reporter said, "The script is basically in, although Reeves will continue tweaking it and working on it. And I'm hearing the studio wants to start shooting in November. So let's say between now and then?"

Batman has had numerous appearances in film over the years, even way back in 1966, as Adam West's Batman: The Movie.
