'Thandel,' 'OG,' 'Jack': Netflix unveils 2025 lineup of Telugu films
What's the story
Netflix has unveiled its 2025 slate of Telugu films under the banner "Netflix Pandaga."
The campaign, which kicked off on Tuesday (January 14), comes just in time for the festive occasion of Makar Sankranti.
This move is part of Netflix's push to grab top Telugu films, following last year's release of 12 major titles, including Devara and Pushpa 2: The Rule, post-theatrical release.

'OG' to 'Jack': A look at the 2025 lineup
The 2025 lineup features Pawan Kalyan's gangster action thriller OG, directed by Sujeeth and Emraan Hashmi's Telugu cinema debut.
Other prominent films include Siddu Jonnalgadda's comedy-drama Jack, co-starring Vaishnavi Chaitanya and Prakash Raj; Priyadarshi Pulikonda's Court, a legal drama revolving around a boy wrongfully accused in a case, and Naveen Polishetty's Anaganaga Oka Raju which was revived after initial production hurdles with Meenakshi Chaudhary as the new lead.

'Mad Square' and 'Mass Jathara' join Netflix's Telugu roster
The sequel to the 2023 coming-of-age comedy-drama Mad, Mad Square, is also included in Netflix's 2025 lineup. Written and directed by Kalyan Shankar, it stars Sangeeth Shobhan, Narne Nithiin, and Ram Nithin reprising their roles.
Ravi Teja's Mass Jathara, directed by debutant Bhanu Bhogavarapu and his second collaboration with Sreeleela after the 2022 film Dhamaka, is another highly-anticipated release on the platform.

Final addition
'Thandel' completes Netflix's 2025 Telugu film slate
Chandoo Mondeti's highly anticipated action drama Thandel, featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, will hit theaters on February 7 before joining Netflix's roster.
Meanwhile, Netflix also secured the rights to Vijay Deverakonda's VD12 (tentatively titled).
The streaming giant also announced that all these Telugu films will be available with Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi audio options.
It is pertinent to note that the theatrical release dates for the above-mentioned films are yet to be announced.
