Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has announced the renewal of her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, for a second season.
The news comes despite the first season receiving mixed to negative reviews.
The eight-part series, directed by Michael Steed, debuted on March 4.
Mindy Kaling, Roy Choi, and Abigail Spencer are some of the guests who appeared on the show.

Despite the backlash to the series, Netflix has confirmed that With Love, Meghan Season 2 will drop in the autumn and has already been filmed.
Markle shared the news on her Instagram Stories and wrote, "Lettuce romaine calm... or not (!) because I'm thrilled to share that Season 2 of With Love, Meghan is coming!"

The first season saw Markle sharing hosting tips and cooking with her celebrity friends.
The show also had personal moments with her husband Prince Harry, their children Archie and Lilibet, and her mother Doria Ragland.
The series is a defining moment for the Sussexes, who signed a multimillion-pound deal with Netflix in 2020.
Their most successful output continues to be their controversial Harry & Meghan documentary, which included accusations against the royal family.
