#NehwalBiopic: Parineeti gets hilariously trolled by team while practising badminton
Actor Parineeti Chopra, who is currently buckling down hard for the upcoming Saina Nehwal's biopic, got trolled boisterously by her team over a picture she shared on Instagram. Recently, the 30-year-old shared a photo showing her lying on the floor, absolutely tired, probably after a tough Badminton session. While the photo has gone viral, it was Nehwal's reaction that won over social media.
Laughing emoji: This is what Nehwal's epic response was
The picture Parineeti shared was captioned as, "'Hey guys, did you take any cool pictures of me training today?' This is what they sent," and ending it with two emojis of face-covering monkeys. In the photo, she is seen wearing a purple tight-fitting sportswear. Nehwal took no time to reply, and posted a laughing emoji as response. The photo has garnered over 4L likes.

In another post, she is seen playing fast badminton
A day ago, the actress shared a fast-paced video of hers where she is seen handling the shuttle like a pro. The post read, "Getting ready to do such a long rally in ONE TAKE #SainaNehwalBiopic #Goals#OneDayAtATime." Looks like, her game is getting better.

Want to do justice to the film and Saina: Parineeti
Talking about her schedule, Parineeti said, "Prep usually starts early because we have booked courts in slots where there are no distractions of any kind. We start at 6AM and wind up by 8PM." "I'll have to live this regimented life for the next nine months, but I'm pretty kicked about it. I want to do justice to the film and Saina," she added.
Meanwhile, 'Tumhari Sulu' actor Manav Kaul will play Parineeti's coach
Meanwhile, reports suggest that Tumhari Sulu actor Manav Kaul will play Parineeti's coach in the biopic. His character will be an amalgamation of all of Nehwal's coaches. "Director Amole Gupte and his team felt that Manav would suit the role. He has begun prep and the research for his role. The film is expected to go on the floors from October," a source said.
Earlier, Shraddha Kapoor was the first choice for Saina's biopic
A few months back, it was Shraddha Kapoor, who was training for Nehwal's biopic. However, eventually, she opted out of the project after she was diagnosed with dengue, and also because of her busy schedule. The film's producer Bhushan Kumar also confirmed Shraddha's exit in an interview. "We are glad Parineeti has come on board for the film," Bhushan had said in the interview.
Apart from this, Parineeti has two more projects to do
Back to Parineeti, who was last seen in Kesari, starring Akshay Kumar, which crossed the Rs. 100 crore-mark, she will next be seen in Jabariya Jodi and Bhuj The Pride Of India (2020).
