#NarcosMexico teaser: New cartel in new country has excited us
What's the story
The first trailer of 'Mexico'>Narcos: Mexico' has released and we are screaming!
Do we even need to tell why? It marks the return of the beloved show 'Narcos'. The fourth season is in tune with the mood set by the previous ones.
The clip introduces a new cartel in a new country, Mexico, and revealed the Netflix original will release on November 16.
Narcos Seasons
Backstory: What has happened in first three seasons
The first two seasons focused on the mountainous rise and oceanic deep fall of drug lord Pablo Escobar of Colombia.
His death gave birth to the Cali Cartel, who were all the more sinister. But our beloved DEA agent Javier Pena, played by Pedro Pascal, wiped the land of them too.
Just as he decided to stop chasing druglords, Mexico stared at him.
New boss
Welcome Félix Gallardo, the stylish new boss who is ambitious
While Escobar and Cali Cartel ended, sadly the drug business didn't. A new Guadalajara Cartel took over 1980s, with Félix Gallardo as the boss.
The sharp-minded boss loved his friends, family, and associates, but not more than his ambition.
In this season, Diego Luna plays the role and the clip has confirmed this boss is more stylish than all the ones we saw before.
Kiki Camarena
Where there's a boss, there is a DEA agent
'Narcos' wouldn't have sustained the same viewership and popularity had it not been for its DEA agents. In the first two seasons, we saw what Agent Murphy and Pena can do.
This time the one who is fighting drug trade is Kiki Camarena, played by Michael Peña.
An undercover agent, Camarena gathered intel about Gallardo, but not without facing obstructions.
Success
'Narcos' is undoubtedly one of the most successful Netflix shows
'Narcos' started with the story of Pablo Escobar heavily concentrating on his power-hungry nature, but with time the show became bigger than the man.
The tight script, amazing direction, and brilliant storyline brought viewers on edge of the seat every single time.
The awards and nominations the show got, bore testimony to its popularity. And now we only want November to come faster.
