In the latest development in Tanushree Dutta case, Nana Patekar's lawyer said on Friday they were in the process of sending a legal notice to the actress. Nana's lawyer Rajendra Shirodkar claimed all the allegations of Tanushree were false. Earlier this week, Tanushree alleged Nana harassed her on a film's sets ten years ago. Here's more about this.

Earlier, Nana Patekar refuted the allegations

Just as the brouhaha after the allegations started gaining momentum, Nana Patekar refuted the harassment charges. "What do you mean sexual harassment? There were 50-100 people on the set with me," he said. He added he was considering taking the legal route. It should be noted Tanushree spoke about the incident when it happened and again recently, sticking to her story.

Notably, a journalist corroborated Tanushree's story, said it happened

Soon after Tanushree broke her silence, journalist Janice Sequeira, who worked for AajTak and Headlines Today backed them, put out a long Twitter thread telling what happened. She wrote Tanushree spoke to her later on that day and said she was harassed. About goons attacking her vanity van, Janice's story didn't defer from Tanushree's. Notably, an Assistant Director of the movie also supported Tanushree.
