'Murshid' trailer: Kay Kay Menon returns as 'Bombay ka Sultan'
The much-anticipated trailer of the upcoming ZEE5 web series Murshid, starring Kay Kay Menon, has been released. In the series, Menon portrays a gangster known as "Bombay ka Sultan." The trailer of Murshid introduces Menon's character as "Mafia Don, Murshid Pathan," who is also referred to as the "OG bhai." The clip showcases his return to power after a 20-year hiatus and his quest for revenge. In one scene, he is seen warning a character named Farid, saying, "Farid, forget Junaid, otherwise I will destroy you." The trailer hints at intense action sequences and a gripping storyline.

Meanwhile, Menon's recent web series Shekhar Home was recently released on JioCinema. In an exclusive interview with OTTplay, the actor shared what attracted him to the series. "It is the world of the 1990s, when there was no technology in terms of telecommunication. That is the world we are talking about. It is set in the sleepy town of Lonpur," he said.
