A 21-year-old man was recently apprehended by the Bandra Police for allegedly tailing Bollywood actor Salman Khan's convoy and attempting to approach his car. The accused, identified as Uzar Faiz Moiyuddin, reportedly tried to weave his way through the actor's security vehicles to get closer to his car. The incident occurred around 12:15am on Tuesday when Khan was on the way to his Bandra residence, Galaxy Apartments, reported Mid-Day.

According to the police, Moiyuddin approached Khan's car at high speed. Despite being initially deterred by the security officials, he attempted to get near the actor's car again. This prompted the security personnel to alert the police stationed at Galaxy Apartments. The First Information Report (FIR) states that Moiyuddin had been following Khan from Mehboob Studio to his residence before he was apprehended.

After his arrest, Moiyuddin was taken to the Bandra Police Station for questioning. He was subsequently issued a notice and released. During the interrogation, Moiyuddin claimed he was unaware of whose convoy he had been following. He also told the police that he had come to Mumbai from Hyderabad to visit relatives. The police have not found anything suspicious in his statements so far.
