Film features new and returning cast members
Mufasa features Aaron Pierre and Kelvin Harrison Jr as the voices of young Mufasa and Scar respectively. These characters were previously voiced by James Earl Jones (Mufasa) and Jeremy Irons (Scar) in the 1994 original film, and reprised by Jones and Chiwetel Ejiofor in the 2019 remake.
