Sidharth Malhotra faces flak from Manoj Tiwari for mocking Bhojpuri
It all happened when Sidharth Malhotra entered the Bigg Boss house to promote his film 'Aiyaary'. During the show, Salman asked him to say a few lines in Bhojpuri. Once the act was over, he said, "Latrine wali feel aayi bolte hue but accha laga." This obviously didn't go down well with Bhojpuri actors. And now Manoj Tiwari too has joined the league.
Here's what Manoj Tiwari said
Sharing his discontent over Sidharth Malhotra's tongue-in-cheek comment over the Bhojpuri language, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said, "I was shocked to hear about it. I thought being an actor, he would do good, but he has hurt me immensely. I don't think people will forgive him. He should apologise for his actions." However, Sidharth has already issued an apology for his statement on Twitter.
Manoj also hinted at lodging FIR against the actor
Manoj also hinted that FIRs might be lodged against him in various cities such as Patna, Benaras, Mumbai and Kolkata. However, Manoj Bajpayee who was present when this incident took place, backed his co-star and said that all was done in good humor. He took to Twitter to clear the misconceptions.
