Mithun's wife Yogeeta, son Mahaakshay accused of rape; FIR ordered
In a major development, a Delhi court today ordered registration of an FIR against veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty's wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay who have been accused of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent. Reportedly, a woman, who is an actress in Hindi and Bhojpuri cinema, has filed a complaint against Mahaakshay. The chargesheet also states that Yogeeta threatened the complainant.

In her complaint, the woman has said that she has been in a relationship with Mahaakshay since 2015. She also mentioned that the 'Haunted' actor even made a physical relationship with her after promising to marry her. The FIR ordered by the court is to be registered at Begumpur police station in the national capital.
Mahaakshay is reportedly getting married on July 7
The shocking development comes just days before Mahaakshay's reported wedding. He is said to be tying the knot with actor Madalsa Sharma on July 7. Apparently, the two have been dating each other for the past couple of years.
