Teja Sajja's 'Mirai' delayed; check new release date
What's the story
Teja Sajja, the star of Prasanth Varma's blockbuster film HanuMan, is gearing up for his action-adventure movie titled Mirai.
Previously slated for an April 18 release this year, the film has been pushed to likely avoid a box office clash with Prabhas's horror-comedy The Raja Saab, scheduled for April 10.
Mirai will now be released on August 1.
Character unveiled
Sajja's 'Mirai' character revealed earlier
In August 2024, People Media Factory, the producers of Mirai, unveiled Sajja's character from the film on X.
The poster showed Sajja as a Super Yodha.
The upcoming film is set on the border between China and Japan and revolves around a warrior tasked with protecting nine sacred scriptures that hold the power to turn a mortal into a deity.
The film's thrilling narrative will depict how Sajja's character defends these holy texts.

Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, Mirai features Sajja along with Manchu Manoj and Ritika Nayak in lead roles.
TG Vishwa Prasad produces the film under the banner of People Media Factory.
Manibabu Karanam pens dialogues for the film while Gowra Hari composes music and Nagendra Rangala handles art direction.
