Mika Singh robbed of cash, valuables worth Rs. 3 lakh
Bollywood singer Mika Singh has lodged a complaint of theft of cash and jewelry worth about Rs. 3L at his Mumbai home, a police official said today. Singh's manager approached the police on Sunday, complaining that Rs. 1L cash and 75gm gold jewelry worth nearly Rs. 2L were stolen from the singer's residence in Mumbai's Oshiwara suburb, senior police inspector Shailesh Pasalwad said.
Associate of Singh booked; police analyzing CCTV footage
Based on the complaint, the Oshiwara police registered an offense against a piano artist, an associate of Singh, working with him since many years, Pasalwad said. Police are analyzing the CCTV footage of Mika's building where the associate was seen entering and leaving the premises at the suspected time of the theft. A search was on for the suspect, he added.
Mike recently made a show of his luxurious travel
The singer had recently booked the entire first-class in an Emirates Airlines carrier while flying to Dubai, as he didn't want any disturbance. He also made a little show about it as he shared his "choice of travel" on Instagram. Inspired by his luxurious charm, singer Shaan booked all the lanes in a bowling-arcade for his family. Well, looks like Singh spoke too soon.
