Idea came to Mehra when he got attached to NGO
The movie is about Kanu who is not happy that her mother (Anjali Patil) has to go out as they don't have a toilet at home and decides to write a letter to Prime Minister requesting him to get toilets built for them. The idea first came to Mehra three years ago, when he got attached to an NGO in Ahmedabad called Yuva Unstoppable.
