The new teaser—shown behind closed doors—reportedly witnessed Matt Murdock suiting up as Daredevil, declaring a struggle against an unjust system, likening it to David versus Goliath. The teaser showed returning characters like Kingpin, Foggy, and Karen. As the action unfolds, Murdock's identity as a lawyer is questioned, setting the stage for intense courtroom drama. Charlie Cox reprises his role as the titular character in this highly-anticipated series—the second installment focusing on Daredevil.
Selena Gomez promoted 'Wizards of Waverly Place' sequel series
Another major highlight from the event was Selena Gomez promoting the sequel series to Wizards of Waverly Place, titled Wizards Beyond Waverly Place. Gomez also debuted the teaser trailer for the fourth season of Hulu show Only Murders in the Building. In the teaser, the main trio comprising Martin Short, Steve Martin, and Gomez discover that a Hollywood studio has expressed interest in adapting their podcast into a movie. The new season is set to premiere on August 27.
