Last week, on Karan's 46th birthday, Manish had shared a picture with the filmmaker on his Instagram account to wish him on his special day. A user by the name Harpreet Kaur wrote, "You guys are the cutest couple." The tongues were set wagging after Manish liked the particular comment.
"It is just ridiculous"
When an online portal got in touch with Manish and informed him about the stories of a relationship between him and Karan, he said, "It is just ridiculous. Karan is like a brother to me."
